Program Management Projects

	The South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) operates and maintains an expansive 1,800-mile water management network of canals and levees, including 29 major pump stations and 200 water control structures, along with another 2,000 smaller structures. The District encompasses sixteen counties in Central and South Florida beginning in Lake Buena Vista and extending to the Florida Bay. CSI was tasked with conceptualizing, chartering, developing, and managing the various programs. CSI developed program elements which included adopting inspection criteria, formulating condition assessment criteria, creating report formats, implementing engineering quality controls, and generating rough-order-of-magnitude estimates for planning the long-term program budget. CSI is responsible for the coordination and management of the three (3) engineering firm that conducted inspections and evaluations as part of the specified inspection programs.
