The purpose of this project was new construction of Holloway Road from dirt road to asphalt pavement from SR 100 to Tinsley Road for 3.568 miles in Putnam County. CSI prepared the design plans from SR 100 to Tinsley Road.
CSI developed cost effective and sustainable roadway widening design services, as well as drainage design, maintenance of traffic, permitting, signing & pavement markings, utility coordination, Cultural Resource Assessment Survey (CRAS), and construction cost estimating.
