CSI provided full-service roadway design for the new construction of Holloway Road in Putnam County, Florida — converting 3.568 miles of unpaved dirt road into asphalt pavement from SR 100 to Tinsley Road. This SCOP-funded project, completed in partnership with Putnam County Public Works and FDOT District 2, delivered a safer, more reliable transportation corridor for local residents and commuters.
Project Overview
CSI prepared comprehensive design plans for the Holloway Road corridor, transforming an unpaved rural roadway into a fully paved, code-compliant asphalt road.
